Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your data, including health tracking history, AI coach interactions, and personal settings will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
If you wish to permanently delete your HealthZen AI account and all associated data, please follow these steps within the mobile app:
Open the Home Screen: Launch the HealthZen AI app on your device.
Go to Profile: Tap on the top right User Icon button to navigate to your profile screen.
Open Settings: On the profile screen, tap on the Settings Icon.
Delete Account: Scroll down to the bottom of the settings list and tap Delete my account.
Confirm: You will be asked to confirm your action. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently removed.
